Inclusion Europe welcomes new Policy Officer

Guillaume Jacquinot is Inclusion Europe’s new policy officer. Guillaume has been fighting for the improvement of persons with disabilities’ life through his personal involvement in Disabled People’s Organisations as a student. He completed a masters focused on human rights law in France and another one in disability law in Ireland. After his studies, he got involved in national (French Council of Disabled Persons on European Affairs), European (European Union Fundamental Rights Agency) and International (Handicap International) disability policies and regularly drafted studies on and analysis of the CRPD (Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities). He has also a lot of experience in working as a supporter and activity leader for persons with disabilities in his spare time.

As policy officer at Inclusion Europe, Guillaume will support the organisation’s work on European disability policies and will promote it at the European level. He will advocate for the rights of persons with intellectual disabilities and their families to actively participate in society and be fully included in all aspects of life.

Our work brings the voice of people with intellectual disabilities and their families where decisions about their future are made.

This has always been incredibly important. It is even more so with the Covid pandemic drastic impact on their rights and lives.

Being visible and vocal on issues directly affecting millions of people requires your support.

Become Inclusion Europe supporter and help us keep doing our work.
